Todd Struble was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, but always felt a strong affinity for Oregon while visiting.  This led him to Oregon State University, where he studied business and philosophy.  He graduated from Oregon State in 2004 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems and a minor in Philosophy.  After graduating, he moved to Taoyuan, Taiwan to teach English and explore the world.

After two years of living in Taiwan, Todd became restless and homesick for the Pacific Northwest and decided to apply to the Oregon law schools.  After a typhoon-delayed application process, Todd was accepted to the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College.  While at Lewis and Clark, Todd was invited to become a member of the Lewis and Clark Law Review.  He graduated in 2009 and is now an active member of the Oregon State Bar.  He is involved with the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association and served as the Membership Chair for the annual OMLA auction in 2010.  He is also a member of the Multnomah Bar Association, the solo and small firm practitioners section of the Oregon State Bar, and OWLS.
In addition to law review, Todd worked at a variety of jobs throughout his law school career, gaining experience in a wide range of fields, including working as a Graduate Clerk for a private law firm, where he assisted established attorneys in drafting motions, pleadings, conducting research, and assisting in the daily tasks required by a law firm.  He also has experience in litigation, working as a clerk in an insurance defense office and as a part of the Animal Law clinic at Lewis and Clark Law school.  Todd also had the opportunity to work at the Oregon Tax Court as a Summer Extern, where he assisted in drafting opinions and conducting research projects for both the Regular Division under the Hon. Henry Breithaupt, and in the Magistrate Division, reporting to the Hon. Jill A. Tanner.
Since passing the bar, in addition to opening the Law Office of Todd Struble,  Todd has led classes at Sumner College on basic legal research and electronic legal research using Westlaw.  Todd volunteers at the Classroom Law Project as a Court Tour Guide, giving tours to school children through the Multnomah Country Courthouse.  Todd also participates in several pro bono legal clinics, taking clients through the Legal Aid Service of Oregon's Pro Bono Bankruptcy Clinic, helping low-income clients file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, and at the Lewis and Clark Small Business Legal Clinic (SBLC), where he advises small business owners on entity formation.
